Hotel Policies

Reservations & Deposit Information

For a single-night stay, full payment is due at the time of booking. For stays of two nights or more, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon departure.

Pets and Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors but is allowed in our outdoor areas. Pets are welcome in our Animas and Hideaway rooms. Please call us directly at 505-327-6503 to check availability and make arrangements for your pet.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 10 days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $30 per-room cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival, guests are responsible for the cost of any canceled room nights that we are unable to rebook.

Group Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Groups of Four or Five Rooms

For a single-night stay, a deposit equal to the full reservation amount is due at booking. For stays of two or more nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is due at booking.

Any remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

For rooms released on or after the 30-day deadline, a cancellation fee equal to the full reserved room rate for each canceled night we are unable to rebook will be retained from payments already received.

Groups of Six or More Rooms

For a single-night stay, a deposit equal to the full reservation amount is due at booking. For stays of two or more nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is due at booking.

Before the final payment deadline, the deposit is refundable, and rooms may be released from the block without penalty.

Any remaining balance, based on the rooms retained in the block, is due 60 days before arrival.

For rooms released on or after the 60-day deadline, a cancellation fee equal to the full reserved room rate for each canceled night we are unable to rebook will be retained from payments already received.
