Hotel Casa Blanca offers a separate collection of fully furnished, turn-key residences built for guests who need more than a few nights: business travelers, relocating professionals, and healthcare workers on contract, including many traveling nurses and doctors here on 13-week assignments. These units are distinct from our bed and breakfast rooms and suites; they’re private residences with the space and independence a longer stay actually requires. They are available for stays 30 days or longer.
Each rental includes a full kitchen, living room, and workspace, so you can cook, unwind, and get work done without living out of a hotel room. Every unit comes fully furnished in a tasteful Southwest style, with WiFi and all utilities included, and with private laundry or laundry access on site, a detail we know matters when you’re here for weeks or months rather than days.
Not all units are on the same property; some are across the street or adjacent to the hotel, and others are in other parts of Farmington. Breakfast isn’t included in extended stay rates, but can be arranged with advance notice if you’d like to join us in the mornings.

A Nice Place to Come Home To
I stayed in one of the long-term suites for about one full month. The suite was large, QUIET, fully equipped, and was just a generally nice place to come home to. I traveled to NM solo and felt safe in the area. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful during each interaction. The manager, Russell, was great with tips and advice for local spots to eat, and each one turned out to be great! He even gave me tips on where to ride trails in Colorado! I would stay here again.
